The same tools in a standalone app. Everything is bundled, so the subnet, VLSM, IPv6, MAC/OUI and port tools work with no connection at all — on a jump box, in a data centre, or on a plane.

Installing
- Installs per-user — no administrator rights needed — and adds Start menu and desktop shortcuts.
- The preview installer isn’t code-signed yet, so Windows SmartScreen may warn on first run. Check the SHA-256 above (
Get-FileHashin PowerShell), then choose More info → Run anyway. Don’t bypass your organisation’s software policy on a managed machine. - Updates are manual for now — download and run the newer installer over the top.
What’s different from the website
- No internet required for anything except DNS Lookup.
- No analytics and no update checks — the app makes no network requests unless you run a DNS lookup.
- Copy link in the app gives you a netops.tools link to share the current result.
